How does your sourcing service work?
Clients can contact us with the details of the products they are looking for and we will source those products for them. We do not change the prices of factories, instead we charge flat fees for our sourcing services. Please see the prices above.
How many products will you source for the above price?
Our sourcing service price is for 1 product only. If you want to source multiple items at the same time, we can give you a quotation based on the number of products you are looking for. Please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
Can you also help with shipping?
Yes, assistance with finding the right logistics and shipping company is included in our sourcing and quality assurance services. We work and cooperate with multiple freight forwarders, logistics and shipping companies in China, we will be glad to assist you with shipping your products to the destination of your choice.
How does your quality assurance service work?
If you’ve found a product in China to purchase, but you’re not sure about the quality, our quality assurance service is for you. When you purchase this service, we will contact the merchant on your behalf, and 1) we will get a sample product, make a detailed product review and / or 2) we will visit the factory and make a detailed report on site. Please note that quality assurance price does not include sample product fees charged by factories and it doesn’t include travel expenses, which should be covered separately. Please talk to us before you purchase this service.
Will you visit the factories to check the quality of the products we want to buy?
Visiting factories is not automatically included in the quality assurance price presented above. However, if you want us to visit the factory you are buying a product from and check the quality of the products on your behalf, we will be glad to arrange a visit. Please contact us and we will discuss the details.
Can you help with custom clearance in China?
Yes, assistance with custom clearance – finding the right customs agent in China, based on product(s) and the destination, is included in our sourcing and quality assurance services.
